It takes a lot of special care and lots of love to process, package, and ship each item. We start processing orders right away. We take about 3-5 business days to create, print, package, and ship your orders, minus holidays.
You should then add shipping time on top of processing time. Speed and price depends on product type, shipping method and destination. It can get a bit confusing, but once you reach the checkout page, you will see estimated times and pricing. We ship via USPS and FedEx with options ranging from a few days to overnight shipping.
We provide tracking on all orders. However, the tracking numbers are only good when the package is inside the US.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS:
Shipping addresses need to be entered correctly at checkout, we will not be held liable for packages going to an address that is entered incorrectly. Please make sure to double check all shipping addresses before purchasing.
LIABILITY: We cannot be held responsible for any lost, damaged or delayed packages once they leave our fulfillment center. If your package is showing delivered but you cannot find it, please contact the carrier, check with neighbors or you building, if applicable. If you still cannot find the package, you will need to submit a claim with the carrier. StrongWear is not responsible for lost or stolen packages if tracking shows delivered.
PROMOTIONAL ITEMS/GIVEAWAYS: Under no circumstances do we replace free/promotional/or gifted items once they leave our fulfillment center.
